1,Overview

The ZGQ-8/0.41 pneumatic rail drilling machine is suitable for drilling operations on various rail types ranging from 15kg/m to 30kg/m. Its overall structure is compact, lightweight, and easy to operate. The clamping device has self-locking function, ensuring accurate positioning and high drilling accuracy. It uses a hollow drill bit, or a twist drill bit can also be installed. The drilling process has an automatic water supply function. The design is aesthetically pleasing and is an ideal equipment for drilling on light rails in mines.

The rail drilling machine consists of a main unit, dual water cut-off protection device, imported hard alloy rail drill bit, purifier, tensioning device, etc. The hydraulic hose assembly connects the air source and the main unit. The purified air source provides the pressure to drive the rail drilling machine to drill at high speed, cutting the rail. The sprinkler cooling nozzle and the dual water cut-off protection device play the roles of cooling and dust suppression, protecting the machine from malfunction.
